Case Introduction

Customer Pain Points
This project provides deep insights into and aims to address the industry's long-standing core pain points:
Solution
Addressing the above pain points, this conceptual design proposes and outlines the following core solutions:
1.Deep Analysis & Assessment
- Comprehensive scanning of runtimes, development languages, and core dependency libraries. Pre-verification through compilation testing in real OHOS-SDK environments to identify all risks upfront.
2.Advanced Architecture Design
- Leveraging deep expertise in HarmonyOS’s distributed soft bus and microkernel, we designed a layered, decoupled architecture. A Platform Abstraction Layer (as demonstrated in the Scintilla project) isolated system differences, enabling parallel development of UI, business logic, and system integration while ensuring future cross-device scalability.
3.End-to-End Quality Assurance
- A rigorous QA system covering requirements, design, development, testing, and acceptance. Heuristic testing strategies and traceability mechanisms eliminated quality blind spots.
Project Value
This successful collaboration has delivered significant value for the client and the broader industry:
1.Technical Asset
Beyond successful migration, we established a repeatable methodology for complex component adaptation (layered architecture, NAPI interaction models) and resolved key technical hurdles in file system cross-platform adaptation and performance optimization.
2.Seamless Ecosystem Transition
Bridged the underlying API gap between Windows and HarmonyOS, achieving a digital migration and architectural refactoring of mature PC software into the domestic computing ecosystem without functional loss.
3.Ecosystem Contribution
Delivered an SSH tool and a high-performance text editing component, filling a critical gap in the HarmonyOS professional toolchain and driving ecosystem prosperity.
